Hose services
We offer a wide range of hydraulic hoses, line segments and hydraulic lines. We also carry press fittings and screw connections for various systems, e.g. olive, ORFS, JIC, BSP, SAE fittings, etc.
We press hydraulic hoses in house. To ensure the highest possible quality we only manufacture steel core hydraulic hoses stripped. Any hydraulic hoses we manufacture feature a distinct identification number, manufacturing date, working pressure and manufacturer. These provisions meet the EU standard and we are always able to take reorders using the identification number. As a liaison of Heizmann AG we also have the documentation to manufacture hydraulic hoses by the Heizmann number.
A hydraulic bending machine and a hydraulic flaring tool complete the service and allow us to manufacture hydraulic lines to sample or drawing. Of course the matching line segments can also be purchased from our inventory range.
