Cylinder repair

Repairing all make hydraulic cylinders has been one of our core competencies since 1983. We repair and modify hydraulic cylinders of various manufacturers in millimetre and inch dimensions. Based on our wide range of hydraulic seals, the generously sized raw material warehouse and our well-coordinated production we are able to perform repairs and modifications within a short amount of time.

With a seal range of more than 10,000 different type seals we always have the right seal in stock. This allows us to reseal hydraulic cylinders within 24h.

Our cooperative relationship to our suppliers we can also quickly have plungers, plunger tubes, etc. chromed or procure raw material. This is extremely important to us, since we can only achieve high flexibility with reliable and strong partners to maintain a short processing time for repairs. Thus our customers benefit from the shortest possible machine and facility downtimes.

Once a hydraulic cylinder has been repaired at our facility we have all the information to compile replacement seal kits for our customers using the cylinder number or order information.
